Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist

Position: Front Desk Receptionist

About Us: LHH is supporting our dynamic client in the real estate/building industry. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service to their clients and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. They are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team.

Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires a professional and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in the real estate or building industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  2. Keep the reception area clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
  3. Monitor and distribute courier deliveries promptly and accurately.
  4. Maintain and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  5. Deliver to/pick up from agents, attorneys, clients, etc., as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Professional and friendly demeanor.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  7. Experience in the real estate or building industry is a plus but not required.
