About the Role: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for business visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet Business Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  2. Answer Incoming Phone Calls: Handle and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  3. Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  4. Monitor and Distribute Courier Deliveries: Receive and distribute courier deliveries promptly.
  5. Manage Office Supplies: Maintain and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  6. Assist with Deliveries and Pickups: Deliver to and pick up from agents, attorneys, clients, etc., as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
