Autoworld Kia, part of Generation Auto Group, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist at our East Meadow location. You will greet customers, answer a multi-line phone system, schedule and manage appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure a friendly, professional experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate has front desk or admin experience, strong communication skills, and a neat, customer-focused presentation.

• Front desk or admin experience preferred.
• Auto dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records within dealership systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers and the Sales, Service, Parts, and Management teams.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and customer waiting area.

As a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist at Autoworld Kia, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are the face of our dealership and the first point of contact for our customers. In this customer-facing role, you will greet customers, answer a multi-line phone system, schedule sales and service appointments, provide administrative support, and ensure every customer receives a friendly and professional experience from the moment they arrive or call.
