Autoworld Kia, part of Generation Auto Group, is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist in New York. You will be the face of the dealership, greeting guests, answering calls, and scheduling appointments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly as they enter the dealership.
• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct to departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in dealership systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers and Sales, Service, Parts, and Management.
• Perform data entry and other clerical duties.
• Keep reception area clean and professional.
