We are looking for an Executive Admin Assistant who is proactive, thinks one step ahead, with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. Must be able to follow up and keep those involved updated until a task is complete. Takes ownership with a passion and curiosity to learn.

This will be a Temp to Hire position.

There are two main aspects of the job:

Executive Admin Job Responsibilities:
  • Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, and meals).
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports using SAP-CONCUR.
  • Supporting the marketing organization by analyzing and reporting on business data, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Managing agenda, appointments, travel, and emails of a traveling executive as needed.
Front Desk Job Responsibilities:
  • Answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
  • Assisting with document printing and special requests.
  • Ordering office supplies and replenishing daily snacks & drinks.
  • Receiving incoming materials (parcels, food, documents) and notifying relevant personnel.
Profile
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and adaptive skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and initiative.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant in an adaptive environment.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of others for a seamless experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with corporate travel and Purchase Orders management tools.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and Concur is a plus but not mandatory.

At STMicroelectronics, the base salary is part of our total compensation package, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The hourly wage range for this role is $35 to $38 USD.
