We collaborate with clinics offering services in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, audiology, allergy, facial plastic surgery, pulmonology, and physical therapy. Our goal is to become the leading provider of ENT services nationwide, fostering a collaborative community of healthcare professionals dedicated to exceptional patient and employee care.

About the Role:

The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and managing administrative duties such as patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, answering calls, processing collections, and maintaining the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring smooth patient flow.
  • Manage phone lines and scheduling systems.
  • Handle referrals and contact patients for appointments.
  • Provide visit information, estimate charges, and assist with documentation.
  • Verify patient ID and insurance, assist with forms and billing inquiries.
  • Collect and record payments, including copays and balances.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and demographics.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Assist distressed patients and monitor safety in the waiting area.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed; responsibilities may evolve.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, listening, and time management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Teams) and scheduling systems.

  • Ability to sit for long periods, move around the office, and perform light lifting; manual dexterity for computer and phone use.
