A family-owned auto body repair shop in Overland Park is seeking an Auto Body Technician. The ideal candidate will have skills in welding, automotive repairs, and teamwork. Offered benefits include a competitive commission plan ranging from $120k to $160k, full health coverage, and paid training. Candidates must maintain a Monday to Friday schedule, have a valid driver's license, and possess their own tools. Qualifications

• Fill and prime vehicle surfaces.

• Maintain clean and organized environment

• Repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS)

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES

• Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Must provide own Hand and Power Tools - (large equipment provided)
• Teamwork and Communication skills
• Self-accountable and Integrity
