Mid-South Family Dental Group, P.C. is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our group of five practice locations in Shelby County Tennessee. Join a team of quality-oriented professionals that you will be proud to be associated with. As a general dentistry group, we provide our patients with best practices techniques, creating a patient-centered environment that prioritizes their individual needs & preferences. Our state-of-the-art practices are equipped with the latest technology and patient amenities providing all aspects of general dentistry, including CrownsBridges, Implants, Full Restorative, Endo, and Ortho (Invisalign) to name the basics.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients with a smile
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records
  • Assist with billing and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
