Qualifications

• A people-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using email, calendars, and scheduling systems.
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED
