Scenthound San Diego is seeking a friendly Front Desk to be the face of our Scenter. You’ll greet every dog and dog parent, drive membership sign-ups, and keep the front of house running smoothly—while learning every part of how a Scenter operates.

This hands-on role offers a clear path into Manager-in-Training for someone ready to learn the business and grow. The right candidate is warm with people, calm under pressure, and eager to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Comfort with sales conversations and meeting membership goals.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet every dog and dog parent, check dogs in/out, and set a warm, professional tone.
• Drive membership sign-ups, explain the wellness model, and hit sales and rebooking goals.
• Support scheduling, daily flow, and front-of-house operations.
