Complete Playground in New York City is seeking a friendly, energetic Associate to be the face at the front desk and to supervise the playground floor in a hybrid role. You will greet families, manage admissions, assist with bookings, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children and their families.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and patient, with strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office).

• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or working with children is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.

• Greet families with a warm demeanor, manage check-ins, process payments, and handle admissions for play sessions, classes, and special events.
• Oversee the play areas to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, monitoring equipment and enforcing rules to prevent unsafe behavior.
• Answer phone calls and emails regarding facility hours, services, and policies; provide clear guidance to guests regarding safety rules and sensory space usage.
• Assist with bookings, scheduling, and check-ins for birthday parties and private events.
• Maintain an organized front desk and a tidy playground area, reporting any maintenance issues and ensuring the facility remains a clean, vibrant environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents in accordance with company policies and handle customer feedback or concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless experience for every family.
