Job summary

Puffy Park Indoor Playground in Exton, PA is seeking Play Center Associates for front desk, floor, and party support roles. You will greet guests, manage admissions and bookings, operate the POS, and help with cafe duties. This is a part-time, in-person role with a friendly, family-focused environment.

Responsibilities include supervising children, enforcing safety rules, assisting with parties, and maintaining clean, organized spaces. Training provided; opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat and customer-service focused.
• Comfortable working around young children.
• Barista/coffee experience is a strong plus.
• Able to multitask in a busy, family-focused environment.
• Reliable, punctual and detail oriented.
• Basic computer/POS skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and manage admissions, waivers, memberships, and party bookings.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments.
• Supervise children and enforce safety rules on the playground.
• Assist with birthday party setup, support, and cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock front desk and common areas.
• Occasionally host and lead birthday parties and special events.
