Job summary

PENN Entertainment's Ameristar Casino Resort Spa in Colorado is hiring for a hotel front desk position. You will check guests in and out, provide courteous service, and coordinate reservations for casino and hotel guests to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Office, Excel and LMS preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate check-in and check-out of each guest.
• Ensures guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
• Ensures rooms are clean prior to issuing keys.
• Posts charges and settles folios for individuals, groups and due outs.
• Receives payments (cash, checks, cards) with proper authorization.
• Maintains an operating bank and renders bills and change.
• Provides reservations for Casino/Hotel guests including airline, restaurants, events.
• Shares timely delivery of messages, mail, and packages to guests and departments.
