Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred with guest service experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reasonable guest requests or connect guests with the right team member.
• Assure all tables are clean and properly set.
• Enforce all liquor laws and regulations.

• Prepare beverages, coffee, and food stations according to the checklist.
• Know the menu and answer questions regarding food preparation.
• Be familiar with safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
• Complete TIPS training within 45 days of hire.
• Serve guests and anticipate their needs following Ameristar/ Penn service standards.

Requirements
