Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and required documents.
• Maintain front office area neat and organized; coordinate with clinical staff for a seamless patient experience.
• Answer phones, scan documents, schedule patients, take payments, file, fax, and assist front office during downtime.
