Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office area neat and organized.
• Answer phones, scan documents, schedule patients, take payments, and file where needed.
