Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at Riverside Community Hospital. You will greet customers by name, assist visitors in lobby areas, and respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will ensure visitors answer screening questions, monitor PPE compliance, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment while handling basic cash/correspondence and working with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Assist in lobbies and answer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a courteous, safe environment and ensure PPE compliance.
• Record visit details and assist with registration as needed.
• Support public safety with PBX/dispatch duties.
