LAZ Parking seeks a Customer Service Representative - Prescreen Ambassador to greet visitors at the Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital entry and assist with Prescreen technology setup and registration.

You will verify clearance status to allow entry, explain illness-related protocols, and distribute PPE in compliance with state rules. Experience in high-volume, customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and basic computer literacy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the facility and answer questions.
• Assist with downloading and registering LAZ Prescreen technology.

• Provide PPE to visitors and employees per state regulations.
• Maintain the facility, including sanitization of screening stations.
• Sterilize equipment and instruments used.
