Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative at Dana Point Harbor. You will greet customers, assist in lobbies and parking offices, and help direct traffic with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You will handle cash, input data into the parking revenue control system, and support maintenance tasks. Flexibility to work 20-30 hours weekly and event-based schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work at multiple facility locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name and resolve issues with a caring attitude.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office; direct traffic.
• Maintain premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Enter data from monthly applications into the parking revenue control system.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Oversee general maintenance of the garage and equipment.
• Maintain and repair malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure access for customers.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
