Everleap Fertility is seeking a Front Desk / Patient Services Coordinator in Abington, PA. This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through visits and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a positive experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a similar role, is comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and possesses strong customer service and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years practical experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a patient-facing role preferred.
• Experience in medical/healthcare industry.
• 2+ years practical experience in a customer service setting.
• Proficient computer skills; keyboarding 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors.
• Guides patients through visits and coordinates with care team.
• Collects payments and verifies insurance information.
• Schedules and confirms appointments; answers phones.
• Maintains front desk and waiting room, orders supplies.
