Velazquez Pain Relief Center in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Medical Front Office Assistant to join our team. The role ensures smooth operation of the medical office, handling reception, scheduling, and patient communications.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, verify demographics, maintain records, and assist with filing, all while upholding HIPAA and delivering compassionate service in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Verify demographics for accuracy
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain a clean and organized front office
