You’ll ensure a smooth process for first-time patients and coordinate with our talented clinicians. As part of Smile Doctors, you’ll be part of a leading orthopedic support organization committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing.
• One year of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers, notifying appropriate team members.
• Perform various administrative duties and answer phones.
• Check in and collect information from patients on their first visit.
• Verify insurance information and notify clinicians of patient arrival.
• Make appointments and coordinate payment arrangements.
