Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking an Administrative Support role at our Huntsville, AL treatment center. This position supports patient intake, clerical tasks, and billing activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Expect a team-driven environment with structured training and opportunities for growth. We offer a flexible schedule with no nights and no Sundays, plus comprehensive benefits and potential relocation assistance to other locations.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerk experience with basic math and accounting skills.
• Experience handling cash, copays, and payments.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Front desk, admissions, billing, and/or collections experience.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the treatment center and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage the waiting area and inform staff of patient status.
• Process patient fees, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and authorization; communicate status to patient.
• Assist with completing insurance forms and filing as needed.
• Perform daily clerical tasks and maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Schedule patient appointments with the physician and handle reception duties.
