Panorama Eyecare is hiring a Patient Experience Representative - Front Desk in Fort Collins, CO. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, collect payments, and guide patients through the portal. A friendly, organized approach and basic computer scheduling experience are essential.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay ($17-$18) based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within Panorama Eyecare in Northern Colorado.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Mansioni

• Greet patients on arrival and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Verify insurance information, referrals, and authorizations.
• Schedule appointments and manage recalls and reminders.
• Collect payments and balance cash/receipts.
• Assist patients with portal access and transportation coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and office policies.
