Panorama Eyecare in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Patient Experience Representative - Front Desk to greet patients, schedule appointments, check in/out, and ensure smooth throughput for multiple doctors. You will verify insurance, collect payments, and provide friendly, accurate information in a busy office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPSS certification within 3 months of 1-year anniversary.
• Experience in a medical office preferred.
• Experience with computer scheduling and word processing is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out.
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and referrals.
• Schedule appointments and manage recalls for doctors.
• Collect payments and balance all monies with receipts.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and patient information.
• Direct patients to appropriate locations within the office.
