Job summary

Arete Health is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver an exceptional front office experience at our Brunswick PT clinic. You will greet patients with energy and empathy while supporting back-end administrative tasks to optimize collections and the schedule for clinical efficiency and growth.

You will manage front desk interactions, verify insurance, collect payments, and coordinate scheduling with clinicians to maximize plan of care adherence and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Financial diligence and comfort discussing money with patients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy and fluent in EMR systems (Prompt or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming patients and visitors, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
• Verify insurance and patient responsibility before visits and communicate financial obligations.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances at the time of service; follow up on balances.
