Sharper Plastic Surgery in Avon and Nora, IN is seeking a bubbly, polished Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role requires delivering an exceptional patient experience, managing check-in/check-out, handling calls, and coordinating schedules across locations.

You’ll support providers, maintain accurate records in Mindbody and EMR systems, and collaborate with teammates. Flexibility for Saturdays and rotating shifts is essential to keep the practice running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with scheduling, payments, and patient interactions.
• Ability to learn new software like Mindbody and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow across Avon and Nora locations; occasional Saturday coverage.
• Explain services and membership benefits; assist enrollments and renewals.
• Manage front desk operations: payments, patient records, and consent forms.
• Collaborate with providers and teammates to ensure smooth operations.
