Cosmetic Physician Partners in Traverse City, MI, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first and last face patients encounter, setting a welcoming, professional tone for every visit from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, be proficient with scheduling and phone systems, and demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

This full-time on-site position follows Monday and Wednesday 8AM-5PM and Tuesday and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
• Experience managing phone systems and scheduling
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the office, ensuring everything is organized and running smoothly throughout the day
• Greet patients, create a welcoming atmosphere, and manage check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation
• Coordinate scheduling, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and provider communication
• Handle communications by answering phones, managing emails, faxes, and mail, and responding professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, reception area, restrooms, and distribute marketing materials
• Support daily operations by ordering supplies, managing patient records and reports, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service
