Job summary

CPP Clinics in Northern Michigan is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first and last impression for our patients. This on-site, part-time role requires delivering exceptional customer service, welcoming patients, managing check-in/check-out, and coordinating scheduling.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking abilities, basic computer skills, and comfortable working in a team. Schedule: Tue and Thu 8AM-6PM; additional hours may be needed to support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience managing phone systems and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the office, ensuring everything is organized and running smoothly throughout the day
• Greet patients, create a welcoming atmosphere, and manage check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation
• Coordinate scheduling, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and provider communication
• Handle communications by answering phones, managing emails, faxes, and mail, and responding professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, reception area, restrooms, and distribute marketing materials
• Support daily operations by ordering supplies, managing patient records and reports, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service
