HealthSource Chiropractic of Thousand Oaks is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and guide them through their care journey. This role goes beyond reception, acting as the face of the clinic and a key contributor to patient onboarding and ongoing care adherence.

You will manage calls, appointments, and daily flow, while conducting financial consultations and presenting care options to new patients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or medical office settings.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with people.
• Ability to discuss finances and guide decision-making conversations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Positive, energetic, multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic.
• Conduct financial consultations and present care plans to new patients.
• Help patients understand their treatment options and commit to care.
• Support patient retention and visit plan compliance.
• Handle payments, insurance verification, and collections accurately.
• Maintain a smooth, organized, and positive front office environment.
• Support clinic marketing and community outreach efforts.
