Job summary

Cornerstone Care is seeking a Healthcare Receptionist to join our team at multiple Southwestern PA and Northern WV locations. You will greet patients, answer phones, verify demographics, collect payments, and schedule visits, ensuring a smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, delivers friendly service, and maintains accurate records in our electronic health record system. Prior front desk or healthcare office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a front-desk/healthcare reception is preferred.
• Ability to manage patient flow and scheduling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and on the phone in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer questions or refer to appropriate staff as needed.
• Verify patient information and collect payments when applicable.
• Schedule and adjust appointments to optimize provider time and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain patient accounts and update demographic and insurance information in the electronic health record.
