Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk activities and greet/check in patients in a courteous manner.
• Assist patients with scheduling, payments, releases, and portal questions.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to maintain smooth office operations.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and portal troubleshooting.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and scheduling accuracy.
