Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and transfer calls to the appropriate individual or department.
• Greet patients/customers upon entry and provide high-level service.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products, and services and timing to patients.
• Review patient information, assist with questions, and escalate to management as needed.
• Process claims and enter orders accurately.
