Joint Relief Institute in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face of our clinic. You will work with administrative and clinical staff to deliver the best experience to our patients, greeting visitors and handling check-ins.

The position is full-time with an hourly wage of $16–$18, dependent on experience. Requirements include a high school diploma, strong communication, and familiarity with MS Office; bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective communication and elevated attention to detail.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus!
• Comprehension of MS Office, with working knowledge of healthcare management systems, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Scanning papers and documents and uploading them to practice EMR or wherever appropriate.
• Checking in patients and greeting them in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Collecting copays.
• Tracking wait time in the waiting area.
• Maintaining a clean lobby that is stocked with essentials for our patients.
• Data entry of patient demographics and proper documentation in practice EMR.
