Job summary

Peraza Dermatology Group in New Hampshire is seeking a friendly Front Desk Assistant. You will greet patients, register new patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and support scheduling across our Derry and Plymouth locations, with occasional travel to nearby offices within a 35-mile radius.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a professional office.
• Dermatology experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with EMR systems and electronic charting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out processes with patients, including demographic capture and payments.
• Answer incoming calls and manage appointment scheduling.
• Verify insurance eligibility and referrals; ensure notes uploaded before appointments.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and travel to nearby locations as needed.
• Back up call center and assist medical staff with rooming patients.
