Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients as they arrive at the Patient Service Center.
• Answer the phone and direct calls in a timely manner.
• Enter patient information into laboratory computer systems accurately.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist phlebotomists with gathering tubes and supplies for drawing patients.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
