Job summary

The University of North Florida Parking & Transportation Services is seeking a courteous front desk associate to assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in person, by phone, and by email. You will handle parking accounts, answer questions, process payments, and provide directions and information on campus parking options.

Strong customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of UNF policies are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and four years of experience directly related to the job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong working knowledge of UNF Parking and Transportation Services regulations, procedures, systems, and products.
• Provides high-quality service to customers in-office, by phone, and by e-mail.
• Safeguards customer information to ensure FERPA and PCI compliance.
• Processes transactions and changes to customer parking accounts.
• Receives and records payments and reconciles daily totals.
• Assists with disability parking accommodations and escalation as needed.
