Job summary

Better Collision Centers in Sumter, SC is seeking a full-time front-desk style coordinator to join our busy shop environment. You will schedule drive-in and walk-in customers, support the service team with repair order documentation, and keep customers informed with status updates throughout the process.

The role requires stamina and a focus on customer service, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

Experience delivering high level customer service in a busy environment.
Ability to schedule appointments and manage front-desk duties.
Assist with preparing repair orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

Schedule all drive-in appointments as well as walk-in customers
High Level of Customer Service
Assist Manager and Service Advisor with preparing repair order files, ensuring all documentation is correct and obtained
Check in vehicle upon drop-off with customer
Prepare and complete proper paperwork for final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
Handle all incoming calls
Provide post-repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers
Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring a world-class customer service experience
Comply with all Better Collision safety rules, guidelines, and standards
Perform other related duties as assigned including, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, assisting other teammates, etc.
