Cascade Mountain is seeking an Office Staff member to manage the switchboard, greet guests, and handle general information inquiries at the Portage, WI location. You will become knowledgeable about all aspects of Cascade Mountain and represent the office with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include answering emails, handling mailings, data entry, and assisting with ticket sales or related tasks as needed.

• Manage the main office desk and switchboard.

• Direct visitors to the appropriate Cascade Mountain member.
• Handle daily mailings and answer emails.
• Perform basic data entry and maintain attention to detail.
• May be cross-trained in ticket sales or related areas.
