Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a front desk associate to drive new member sales and create a positive guest experience. You will greet potential members, answer questions, give tours, and support sign-ups and check-ins.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, active listening, problem solving and clear communication. You will contribute to a friendly club environment, handle phone inquiries, and assist with basic account updates.
