The role combines welcoming guest interactions with meticulous night-audit duties. This dual-position requires a dependable, detail-oriented professional able to work independently overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or accounting coursework preferred.
• Previous front desk, accounting, or hotel experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong math and basic accounting skills; able to balance cash drawers and reconcile accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and during overnight operations.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, reservations, inquiries, and local information.
• Answer calls and direct communications promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and account transactions accurately.
• Balance daily revenue and perform end-of-day audit procedures during overnight shifts.
• Prepare shift reports and coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front desk and lobby areas.
• Support safety and security procedures and incident reporting.
