Job summary

The Harrison Group in Ocean City, MD, seeks Front Desk team members for 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts (Night Audit). You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and guest services across multiple properties.

Prior hotel front desk experience is preferred, with knowledge of Cloudbeds or RoomKeyPMS and travel sites like Booking/TripAdvisor. We value strong communication, organization, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Experience with hotel reservation software (Cloudbeds, RoomKeyPMS).
• Understanding of travel planning websites (Booking, TripAdvisor).

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
• Register guests collecting necessary information (contact details, dates).
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to clients' complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange services for VIPs and event attendees.
• Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
