Job summary

The Ghoman Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor with hotel experience to join our team in Carmel, IN. You will manage guest check-in/check-out, handle inquiries, process payments, and balance cash at shift end, while coordinating with hotel services and departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years of front desk experience, and strong communication skills. Positions require; in-person interviews and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• 1+ years of front desk agent experience preferred.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player.
• Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods.
• Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and checkout.
• Answer inquiries, handle problems and complaints, and balance cash at end of shift.
• Familiar with hotel tariffs and special offers, and assist with restaurant reservations.
• Operate the switchboard and assist with reservations.
• Ensure keys are handed back to guests at departure.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
