Colwen Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the Staybridge / Holiday Inn Express Revere location. The role focuses on front desk and night audit oversight, maintaining guest satisfaction and team development.

Qualified candidates will have front desk experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to train and grow associates within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Proficient with common office software and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of day-to-day Front Office operations ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Interviewing and supervising Front Office Associates.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, create reservations and handle special requests.
• Provide knowledge of local attractions to assist guests as needed.
• Maintain open relationships with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
