Front Desk Night Audit Agent - Hilton Garden Inn, Morgantown

Pay Range: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a cheerful and outgoing attitude
  • Monitor guest accounts, post charges, and reconcile accounts during night audit
  • Register guests, assign rooms, and handle reservations via phone and online
  • Answer phones and operate the switchboard
  • Maintain security of keys and oversee safekeeping
  • Provide information about hotel events and assist with guest checkouts
  • Issue room keys and assist with luggage transportation
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth front desk and accounting operations
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Previous front desk experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to stand/sit for 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to bend frequently and work from 11 pm to 7 am
