Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors, screens inquiries, and directs calls to the proper staff.
• Performs vital statistics updates, data entry, and reports for member records.
• Handles mail distribution, daily mail sorting, postage tracking, and deliveries.
• Provides receptionist coverage and clerical support to TUCC staff.
• Coordinates mass mailings and statements with internal staff and vendors.
• Maintains mailroom organization and proper handling of mail regulations.
