Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with friendly, professional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries; check members into the system.
• Sign up new members, calculating rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager with cash drawer duties as needed.
• Update member accounts and respond to questions or concerns.
• Maintain club cleanliness and organization; complete daily tasks and cleaning lists.
• Perform other duties as needed based on club needs.
