Job summary

Gilbert School of Music is seeking a Front Desk & Member Services Specialist to greet families, handle inquiries, and drive student enrollment. You will coordinate scheduling for lessons, support CRM follow-ups, and collaborate with teams to deliver a welcoming and organized experience at the in-person Gilbert, AZ campus.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options with competitive pay and benefits designed for a community-centric music learning center.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
• Proficient in scheduling, organization, and frontline client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Students and families warmly in person and over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Handle inbound sales to enroll new students and present programs.
• Manage lesson scheduling and student enrollments for a smooth experience.
• Assist with CRM follow-ups and nurture potential leads.
• Upsell services and programs to enhance the Member experience.
• Keep the front desk organized; stock materials and supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with teams to schedule events, recitals, and performances.
