Job summary

MultiCare Health System is hiring a Medical Receptionist who will be the first in-person contact for patients. You will greet patients, answer phones, direct calls, and support scheduling, registration, and billing tasks with a professional and courteous demeanor.

This intermediate role requires excellent customer service, discretion, and strong communication. Day shifts, Monday–Friday, with full-time commitment in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience; or six months in a medical setting.
• Customer service experience required.
• Degree or relevant certificate may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; answer phones and direct calls.
• Assist patients and families; scheduling, registration, charge entry, and payments.
• Balance batches and handle basic office equipment with discretion.
