Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phone system and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Verify insurance information and collect copays/payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist providers with clinical duties as needed.
• Obtain vital signs and prepare patients for examination.
• Handle prescription refill requests and patient messages.
• Support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized front office.
